SUMMER CAMP: 21st of July to 1st of August

Please review your booking dates and age group carefully before finalising your reservation.

For those booking a half-day session, please be aware that not all activities may be included within that timeframe.

This is not solely a gymnastics camp; each session features a blend of activities to engage and inspire children in different ways. If you are interested in a particular activity, such as gymnastics, please contact us to confirm when it will be scheduled during the day.

Our camps are filling up fast! If you find that the date you are looking for is fully booked, please don't be discouraged. We encourage you to drop us an email at hello@gymlab.fit, and we'll gladly notify you in case of any cancellations. We understand how much these sessions mean to your children, and we'll do our best to accommodate your needs.

Please note: At Gymlab, children aged 3 and 4 years currently attend morning sessions only (9 AM – 12:30 PM). This is in line with our approach to offering age-appropriate care for our younger participants. We are in the process of completing our Ofsted registration, and once this is finalised, we hope to offer full-day attendance for this age group — ideally before the end of the year. Thank you for your understanding and support as we continue to grow and improve our services.

Camp Cancellation Policy

To ensure fairness and adequate planning, the following cancellation policy applies to all our camp bookings:

- Full Refund: Cancellations made at least 14 days before the start of the camp week are eligible for a full refund.
- 50% Refund: Cancellations made between 14 days and 7 days before the start of the camp week will receive a 50% refund.
- No Refund: No refunds will be given for cancellations made less than 7 days before the start of the camp week
