Terms of Use

Welcome to the Gymlab website. These terms of use explain the rules for using www.gymlab.fit. By using the website, you accept them, so please read them carefully. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the website.

Who we are

This website is run by Gymlab. In these terms, “Gymlab”, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Gymlab Ltd, Gymlab Hackney Ltd and Gymlab Camps Ltd. You can contact us at hello@gymlab.fit.

About our website

We work to keep the information on our website accurate and up to date, but class times, availability and prices can change, so please check the details when you book. We may change the website, or take parts of it down, at any time.

Our content

The words, photographs, graphics, logo and design of this website belong to Gymlab or to the people who have allowed us to use them. They are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

You are welcome to read our pages, print them for your own personal use and share links to them. Please do not copy, change, sell or reuse our content in any other way, or use the Gymlab name or logo for business or promotional purposes, without our written permission. In particular, please never save, post or share the photographs of children from this website.

Links to other websites

Our website links to other websites, such as our social media pages and maps of our venues. We do not run these websites and are not responsible for their availability or for content that others put on them. A link to another organisation’s website does not mean that we endorse it or what it offers. When you visit another website, its own terms and privacy policy apply.

Using our website responsibly

Please use this website lawfully and respectfully. You must not use it for anything unlawful, fraudulent or harmful, or to harass, abuse, threaten or discriminate against anyone. You must not send us false, misleading or offensive information, for example through our contact form.

You must not try to gain unauthorised access to the website or the systems behind it, interfere with how it works, or introduce viruses or other harmful code. You must not copy content or information from it in bulk, for example by scraping, or use it to send advertising or spam. If you break these rules, we may stop you from using the website.

Bookings and memberships

Classes, trial classes and camps are booked through our booking system. Bookings and memberships are governed by the terms given when you book, not by these terms of use. You can read the rules for class memberships, including payments and cancellations, in our Club Policies, and the camp cancellation policy on our camp booking page.

Your privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use personal information, including the information you give us when you book.

Our responsibility to you

We provide this website free of charge, for general information. We take reasonable care with it, but we cannot promise that it will always be available, complete, accurate or free from bugs and viruses, so please use your own virus protection.

The website is for personal use, so we are not responsible for any business losses, such as loss of profit, income or opportunity. We are also not responsible for any loss or damage that could not reasonably have been foreseen when you used the website.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot be limited or excluded by law. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time, for example when the law or our website changes. The version on this page applies each time you use the website, and the date at the end of the page shows when it was last updated.

The law that applies

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction over any dispute about them. If you are a consumer living in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings in the courts where you live.

If a court decides that any part of these terms cannot be enforced, the rest will still apply.
